All in all, the unit is in much better condition that I had expected.  It is very clean and showed well.
I didn't see anything that needed attention at this time.
It is in a nice lush tropical setting
 
 
 

A couple pictures of the area where the property is located.

This is a picture that I had on file from a few years ago.  It does not show the large Star Market Shopping Center which
is located behind the Embassy Suites on the right side and about 1/2 way down on the picture where you see the patch
of dirt.  There is the large Star Market grocery store, several restaurants, and other shops here now.

 

Below is a picture of the beach area in front of the Maui Sands Resort.  Actually, there is a lot more sand than what
this picture shows.  The sand now is up to the bottom of the 3rd step on the stairway down.  Anyway..... from here
you can walk all the way up to Black Rock at the Sheraton Hotel on Kaanapali beach when you are ready for that
beach walk.
